PRESIDENT AND FOUNDERS OF HO3I
-Serves as the Senior Pastor at Abundant Life Church in Woodbridge, VA. The Silla’s have served under several Pastors in multiple ministries from Children and adult Sunday school teacher, men’s ministry, drama team, choir, outreach, bus ministry, prayer coordinator, home bible studies, and more.

-Silla has been serving in the US Army for the past 18 year. The Silla’ founded https://www.ho3i.org, a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on reaching denominal churches with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Silla and wife, Victoria, have four children – Emmanuel, Urich, Stephan, and Victoria Joy.
